Last weekend (May 30-31), the 069 Basketball Open took place in Frankfurt/Main. It’s arguably the best and most competitive ProAm basketball tournament in Germany. The reigning champs “Kings of the City Stuttgart” earned a back-to-back title win and also had the MVP Tim Burnette (who works at KICKZ Stuttgart) in their ranks.
Many of the players sported K1X gear, most notably the Anti-Gravity and the new low-top performance shoe K1X Paradoxum.

A great basketball tournament nowadays has to have an awesome slam dunk contest as well – and boy, the athletes at the 069 Open were creative!
