To celebrate the 2015 NBA Finals we salute one of the game’s greatest. Finals time is LeBron time. Loved by many. Hated by probably equally as many. That’s what the greatest have to cope with. However, LeBron’s achievements are hard to talk down. 2015 marks his 5th consecutive Finals appearance. Since the 1960s, no player made the Finals 5 times in a row. And LBJ is dominating this year’s series, scoring 123 points in the first 3 games.

In honor of this remarkable performance, we give you a discount on many LeBron items. Check out our 2015 Finals Special (use promo code FINALS2K15 at checkout)!

Before we head into this year’s Finals, take a look back at LeBron’s past performances.

2011 NBA Finals: Miami Heat vs. Dallas Mavericks 2-4

After taking his talents to South Beach to play alongside Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, LeBron James and the Miami Heat faced the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals. The Mavs’ deep roster and teamplay was just too much for the big 3. Dirk in his prime and The Jet were eager to get revenge for the lost 2006 Finals. They had just swept the Lakers and were on fire. However, LeBron’s time would come soon enough …

2012 NBA Finals: Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder 4-1

LeBron’s first ring. The Heat had learned their lesson from losing to the Mavs. Losing had only made them stronger. LBJ became Finals MVP and led his Heat to the victory. Finally, he got his hands on the trophy.

2013 NBA Finals: Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs 4-3

Back-to-back titles. The Heat were on a roll. In an intense 7-game series they were able to overcome the San Antonio Spurs.

2014 NBA Finals: Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs 1-4

Back-to-back-to-back? Don’t count your chickens before they are hatched. In the 2014 Finals, the Heat never got on track and the Spurs were able to close out the series in Game 5.

2015 NBA Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden State Warriors

What’s next? For the 2014-15 season Lebron returned to Cleveland. This is where it all started. This is where a young LBJ made his first steps in the NBA. This is where he became the first Cavalier to win the MVP award. This is where he led an underdog team into the Finals once before. In 2007 the Spurs took the trophy, but LeBron showed the world that he was to become one of the greatest.

Now he’s back in the Finals with the Cavs. MVP Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors are awaiting them. Alongside Kyrie Irving LeBron is looking to write history. Who will be victorious? Who you got? No matter what happens in the Finals, King James has already shown that he is truly one of the greatest.

Update: LeBron is absolutely dominating this year’s Finals.  In the first 3 games he scored 123 points, setting a new all-time record. The record was previously held by Rick Barry who scored 122 points in 1967 – for the San Francisco Warriors. Coincidence?
