JOINED FORCES, MAKING A STATEMENT
The wait is finally over! After officially unveiling the brandnew jerseys and the official apparel collection at a star-studded event in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago, it was finally GAME TIME for Nike’s global apparel partnership with the NBA. Our colleague Philip was in L.A. to experience this one-of-a-kind event and let’s put it this way: it was mind-blowing. If you haven’t followed his field trip to the event, here‘s a taste. From the 1950s up until today, there has always been innovation. But this time “all new”, literally means all new.
In anticipation of the upcoming NBA season and the brandnew gear, we teamed up with Nike and the NBA to host an exciting launch event. The place to be for the weekend was our KICKZ Premium Torstrasse Store in Berlin. Spoiling our guests with the brandnew 2017/18 NBA jerseys, NBA fan gear and the NBA-inspired Air Force 1 Low on display, the Torstrasse store was a baller’s paradise. A Pop-A-Shot machine kept the crowd busy while the rest was enjoying the American Way of Life with plenty of Hot Dogs and Red Cups. Moreover, we had something special up our sleeves: BONEZ and GZUZ of the famous german 187 Strassenbande joined forces with us and came thru’ to experience the new spirit of the Nike x NBA apparel. It was a blast! Good vibes and NBA talk – it was the perfect night for us. Thank you for coming thru, folks!
