So Converse tackled exactly the few points of criticism people had about them. The new Lunarlon sockliner adds that sorely missed (pun intended) cushioning. The lining features perforated, extra-soft micro suede. The non-slip tongue is padded as well. So what about the upper? The original CT II features greatly improved canvas. But for the brand-new CT II Knit Converse goes even a step further, introducing the first Chuck Taylor ever with a knitted upper.
